Isriat City, Isriat
Isriat is a country in The Eastern Kingdoms. It has been dealing with massive famines for hundreds of years.
Infamous
Isriathons
Most noteworthy to outside sources are Isriat himself, the Father of Orcs and Conal's own son.

Zantathaka, is his youngest and newest daughter, and the one said to encourage the war on Altia. She is the daughter of Isriat and a Drastlii shaman woman.

Finally, Ignan shall be noted here--but spoilers prevent me from providing further explanation.
Something of
Note
Much of the world thinks magic is a myth, but Isriathons know better. Isriat, as one of the last remaining magi in the world is distinctly in tune with the magics within Extresier. His distinct understanding of his mother's banishing ultimately led to the war upon Altia. But... spoilers!

History
After the Era of Hopeful Peace came the Age of Cleaving. This was named when Isriat and his human sister Imythre, divided the Known World into two, The Western Continent and The Eastern Kingdoms. For a time Isriat ruled much of the Eastern Kingdoms, but age and boredom, allowed him to fracture it into countries.
After freeing the magic sealed within Extresier at his son's will, and the subsequent diminishing of said magics, Isriat has become a nation of famine, lack, and strain. Food is pillaged from neighboring countries, rarely grown. The discipline known amongst Isriathon orcs is often out of necessity.
Isriathon music, at least in the author's mind, is a mix of beautiful ancient sounding tones. Her debate to provide something similar to Mongolian Throat Singing or "Viking" music brought her toward, Anoana by Heilung, though she listens to a lot of differing musics when thinking of her warrior clan.
Letia does not own any part of the music.

Peoples
Isriathons are predominantly orc. Though they use several of the humanities for their own gains. Orc have had some difficulties conceiving without intermixing with humans, and occasionally elves.

With their massive sizes, dragon-skin hides, and the lore that Isriat was created by his father for war to banish the dragons, many nations consider them a "barbaric" and wild tribal community. Isriathons take pride in presenting themselves as "other" to outsiders, often using paint, furs, feathers, and wilder marks in war to frighten their opposers.
In truth, they are incredibly disciplined, finding peace and solstice in duty and battle and striving for courage more than lesser traits. Their hierarchies are very militarily structured, and respect is both hard earned and hard lost.
Languages
Almost exclusively Isriathon, though everyone who deals with outsiders learns to speak Common as well.
Trade
"Other than their trade of humans, elves, and dwarves, little is known of Isriathon trade. Isriat is a country knowing famine and lack for half a century, it shouldn't be surprising their trade would be lackluster," as marked by Vena’Sati Covisia R’jala Correr, in service to renowned BaShea The Trader.
