An Uncharted Destiny

Traversing a newly magical continent in the arms of a cursed weredragon to save her crown and her people was not the destiny Princess AnyaBella expected. But destiny often subverts expectation.

For the past three years, Bella has lived in hiding, longing for the family, country, and safety orcs destroyed. As the need to move to yet another town and identity presses, Bella finds herself in a small hamlet on the edge of destiny.

Born on the cusp of nobility, Orie never considered destiny's hand in anything. But three years removed from the brutal orc invasion that slaughtered his parents and landed him and his brother in slavery, his considerations have changed. With his brother's god-given ability to see the future, Orie finds purpose protecting him from their masters’ twisted and cursed desires. But when their escape attempt fails, instead of the expected beating, they find themselves on the executioner’s block.

In a moment of compassion-or stupidity-Bella steps in to rescue them, unknowingly bringing them both a step closer to their shared destiny. Orie, still driven to protect his brother, risks his newfound freedom by vowing to provide her anything she needs, unaware he carries a hidden weredragon curse potentially making him her biggest threat.

As they journey north to a land of rumored safety, Bella and Orie must learn to trust each other and themselves as they deal with his curse, their past traumas, magical titans, the weredragon hunting them, and the destiny pulling them together.

Ultimately, they must decide whether to lean into their destinies to reunite with their past lives and lose each other, or to remain hidden  with each other and sacrifice Bella's kingdom.
